Herring pate

Ingredients

→ 1-3 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1-2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 TABLESPOON 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 SMALL ONION

Boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish"), egg and potatoes are twice passed through a meat grinder or finely chopped with a knife, then mix everything with sour cream and season with vinegar.
