Herring salad " at home"

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ DILL
→ SALT
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS DRY WHITE WINE OR 3% VINEGAR
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1-2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 100 G STALE WHITE BREAD (3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE)
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 0.5 TSP SUGAR

Boneless fillet of soaked herring (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring") chop on a wooden board along with raw onions and eggs until smooth. Add stale bread (without crust), previously soaked in wine or vinegar, grated apple, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, ground pepper, and then mix everything well.

Give the resulting mass the shape of herring, putting the head and tail, sprinkle with chopped egg, finely chopped dill.

As a side dish, you can serve sliced fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, green onions and lettuce leaves.
