Herring salad "Cabaret"

Ingredients

→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 20 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 100 G BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING
→ 1 ONION
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Soak the herring fillet in cold boiled water in half with milk (see "Processing salted herring" and "Cutting fish"), cut into small cubes. Just cut the boiled potatoes, and onions-rings.

Mix all the ingredients, season with sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
