Herring salad in Russian

Ingredients

→ 5 TABLESPOONS OF READY-MADE MUSTARD
→ 5 TABLESPOONS OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 5 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
→ 5 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 4-5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 4 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 SALTED HERRING WITH MILK

Boneless herring fillet cut into slices.

Egg yolks and milk should be passed through a meat grinder twice and mixed with oil, vinegar, mustard and sour cream.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and mix with the prepared sauce.

Lay out layers of potatoes in sauce and pieces of herring on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped egg whites.
