Herring salad with beans

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ MUSTARD
→ 2-3 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 100 G SALTED HERRING
→ 100 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 CUP GREEN BEANS
→ 0.5 TSP SUGAR

Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Then drain the water and boil the beans in salted water until soft.

Soak the herring, peel off the skin and bones and cut into pieces (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring"). Potatoes and cucumbers cut into slices, finely chop the green onions.

Mix all products with boiled beans. Add to them vegetable oil, salt, sugar, mustard to taste and vinegar.
