Herring salad with cottage cheese

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 30 G DILL GREENS
→ 2 CUPS COTTAGE CHEESE (9% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 GREEN ONION STALK
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 0.5 TSP SUGAR
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 TABLESPOON GRATED CHEESE

Boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish") and cottage cheese should be passed through a meat grinder twice.

Add sour cream, sugar, finely chopped green onions and dill, beat everything well and put in a cold place for 1.5-2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.
