Herring salad with mushrooms

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 2-3 TOMATOES
→ 200 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS COTTAGE CHEESE (9% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 1-2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 100 G STEWED MUSHROOMS
→ 100 G STEWED PORCINI MUSHROOMS OR CHANTERELLES
→ 1 CUP OF MILK

Soak the herring. Tomatoes, mushrooms, boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring") and onions cut into cubes, then pour mayonnaise, salt and combine with cottage cheese and milk.

At the end, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
