Herring salad with onions

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ MUSTARD
→ 30 G DILL GREENS
→ 3 RAW EGGS + 1 HARD-BOILED EGG (FOR DECORATION)
→ 3 TABLESPOONS OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 1 HEAD OF ONION
→ 0.5 TSP SUGAR

Soak the herring, cut the boneless fillet (see "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring") into cubes.

Chop the onion and fry in oil. Beat the eggs together with the vinegar and season the onion with this mixture (the eggs should curdle), add mustard and sugar to taste, add salt. Put the herring in the cooled sauce.

Garnish the salad with herbs and boiled egg before serving.
