Herring with apples

Ingredients

→ ONION-TURNIP
→ 2-3 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY
→ 200 G WHITE BREAD (WITHOUT CRUST)
→ 20 G BUTTER
→ 2 SOUR APPLES
→ 1 CUP OF MILK
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 SALTED HERRING (200 G)

Herring soak in milk for 1-2 hours, gut, cut off the head, tail and fins, rinse with boiled water, remove the skin, remove the bones, cut into small pieces and mix with chopped onions, chopped and peeled apples, wheat bread soaked in water or milk, sour cream and butter (see the article "Cutting fish").

All carefully grind and transfer to the herring bowl, decorating the dish with parsley.
