Herring with potatoes and butter

Ingredients

→ PARSLEY GREENS
→ 500 G BOILED POTATOES
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 2 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 1 SALTED HERRING

Prepared and laid on a dish of herring (see "Cutting fish"), cover with fresh cucumbers, cut into circles, and decorate with sprigs of parsley.

Serve the herring with freshly boiled peeled potatoes and butter.
