High-calorie sandwiches with cheese, salted fish and meat
Ingredients
→ DILL AND PARSLEY
→ CHEESE (DUTCH, GOUDA, EDAM)
→ SALTED FISH (HERRING OR SPRAT)
→ BUTTER
→ HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ RYE BREAD
→ CUCUMBER OR TOMATO
→ PICKLED OR FRESH PLUMS
→ GREEN SALAD
→ ROAST MEAT OR HAM
On toasted or butter-smeared bread, lay in transverse rows: thick slices of cheese, on each of which place half a pickled or fresh plum; halves or quarters of eggs on green lettuce leaves, while on the eggs put thin strips of boneless herring fillet or keel and dill greens; fried meat or pieces of ham, covered with slices of cucumber, tomato and parsley.
