Hollandaise sauce with pepper

Ingredients

→ BLACK PEPPER GROUND OR RED HOT TO TASTE
→ 3 RAW EGG YOLKS
→ 1-2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS OF COLD BOILED WATER
→ 100-150 G OF BUTTER
→ ¼ TSP SALT

Mix the egg yolks with water, salt, pepper, lemon juice and start beating with a mixer. Meanwhile, melt the butter and bring to a boil. Then carefully introduce the butter into the yolk mass, without stopping to beat it. After that, continue to beat for another 30-40 seconds. At the end, let the sauce stand for 5 minutes.
