Home-made herring fillet

Ingredients

→ 3 SMALL PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 200 G SALTED HERRING FILLET
→ 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 150 G UNSWEETENED YOGURT
→ 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
→ 1 CUP OF MILK
→ 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 1 SOUR APPLE
→ 1 LARGE ONION
→ 0.5 TSP MUSTARD
→ 0.5 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Soak the herring fillet in milk for 1-2 hours, then cut into pieces.

Cut the onion into rings, put it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the apple into 8 pieces, remove the core, and then chop.

Finely chop the cucumbers.

Mix sour cream and yogurt with mustard and lemon juice.

Pour all the ingredients with the marinade and put them in the refrigerator for 2 days. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
