Horse mackerel salad with beetroot

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 350 BONELESS HORSE MACKEREL FILLET
→ 20 G GREEN ONIONS (FOR DECORATION)
→ 2 SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 1 PICKLE
→ 1 LARGE BEETROOT
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

Wash the boneless fillet of horse mackerel and boil it in a small amount of salted water (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"). After that, remove the horse mackerel from the broth, cool and cut into small pieces.

Wash the beets, boil until soft, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. In the same way, then cut the cucumber. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate them on a coarse grater.

In a salad bowl, mix pieces of horse mackerel fillet, beets, apples, pickles. All this is seasoned with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the finished salad with finely chopped green onions before serving.
