Horseradish sauce with vinegar"

Ingredients

→ 450 ML OF WATER
→ 300 G HORSERADISH ROOT
→ 250 ML OF 9% VINEGAR (OR LEMON JUICE)
→ 2 TEASPOONS SALT
→ 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR

To prepare the sauce "Horseradish with vinegar" horseradish thoroughly washed, cleaned, grated on a fine grater, put in an enameled pan or bowl, pour boiling water, cover the dishes with a lid. When the horseradish cools down (after about 0.5-1 hour), add vinegar, salt, sugar and stir.

If desired, the vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.

Withered horseradish before cleaning should be soaked for 10-12 hours in cold water, changing it 2-3 times.
