Japanese salad with rice
Ingredients
→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 6 PCS WALNUTS
→ 250 G OF CANNED FISH IN OIL (APPROXIMATELY 1 CAN)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 0.5 CUP CRUMBLY RICE
To prepare a salad "Japanese" with rice, boil the rice (see the recipe "Rice in Japanese"). Chop the nuts. Cut the tomato into slices, divide the egg into 8 parts.
In a salad bowl, put rice, tomatoes on it, then egg slices, nut kernels, fish pieces. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Pour the salad "Japanese" with rice dressing of lemon juice, the liquid part of canned fish, salt and pepper.
