Leek varieties " Gulliver"

Medium-ripened leek of the Gulliver variety is a plant with a height of 15 to 20 cm, with large, wide, intensely green leaves and a bright white stem with a diameter of 2-3 cm. The weight of the stem is 150-250 g.
In cooking, young onion leaves of the Gulliver variety are used with success: they have a delicate, slightly sharp taste. But a special delicacy is considered a juicy stem, which is used raw to prepare fresh salads and side dishes.
