Leek varieties "summer breeze"
Late-maturing leek "summer breeze" has large, wide, spreading, green leaves with a waxy coating. The weight of one plant ranges from 200 to 340 g at a height of up to 100 cm.
The taste of the "summer breeze" is pungent, in cooking it is used for processing and consumption in fresh or dried form. It is especially recommended for freezing and eating in winter and early spring.
