Lemon pepper
"Lemon pepper" is a spicy mixture consisting of salt, black pepper, garlic, onions, citric acid and zest, sugar and turmeric.
Dishes with the use of "lemon pepper" acquire the sharpness of black pepper and the sour taste of lemon. Thanks to the lemon note, this mixture is a great seasoning for different types of fish. It can be seasoned as fresh fish before heat treatment, and ready – fried, boiled or grilled.
"Lemon pepper" is also an exceptional addition to fried, baked or grilled meat, as well as to Dressing and Vinaigrette sauces.
