Long-grain steamed rice " Amber"

"Yantar" is steamed long – grain rice. Its grains have an unusual amber color, acquired as a result of steam treatment. It is thanks to steam treatment that part of the vitamins and minerals contained in the bran shell of rice passes into the grain, while the grains themselves become less brittle.

Boiled grains of steamed rice "Yantar" – snow-white and never stick together. The cooking time is 17-20 minutes.
