Mackerel salad with peaches

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 300 G BONELESS MACKEREL FILLET
→ 3 TABLESPOONS TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
→ 3 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 2 PEACHES
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

For a mackerel salad with peaches, boil boneless mackerel fillet in water acidified with lemon juice until ready (see the materials "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), cool and cut into small slices.

Scald the peaches with boiling water, remove the skin, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.

Mix the mackerel fillet, chopped peaches, toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped parsley, add salt, pepper, season with sour cream and mix thoroughly.

Ready mackerel salad with peaches to transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
