Mackerel with mushrooms

Ingredients

→ BLACK PEPPER PEAS
→ SALT
→ 5-6 RED TOMATOES
→ 500G MACKEREL
→ 30 G CHOPPED PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 250 G MUSHROOMS
→ 2-3 CARROTS
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 150 G CELERY ROOT
→ 1 TEASPOON GROUND PAPRIKA
→ 0.5 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
→ 0,5 CUP OF OLIVES

Cut carrots and celery into cubes, chop onions. All together put out in vegetable oil, adding a small amount of water, and salt.

When the vegetables start to fry, add pepper, sliced mushrooms, peeled and chopped tomatoes, olives.

After the tomato juice has evaporated, add hot water, put black pepper and chopped parsley. Cook the sauce over low heat for 30 minutes.

Then put in it the fish cut into portions (see the article "Cutting fish") and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
