Macrurus salad with sauerkraut

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 400 G BONELESS MACRURUS FILLET
→ 4 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1 CUP SAUERKRAUT
→ 1 TABLESPOON WINE VINEGAR
→ 1 HEAD OF ONION

Put out the macrurus until tender in a small amount of salted water, remove the bones and cut into small strips.

Boil the potatoes in a uniform and cut into strips. Wash the parsley under running water, shake it off and chop it finely.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Prepare salad dressing: mix vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the boiled fish fillet, potatoes, sauerkraut, chopped onions and parsley in a salad bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the dish and mix well.
