Marinated fish in the dough

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 4 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL + 0.5 CUPS OIL FOR FRYING FISH
→ 30 G OF GREENS
→ 3 RAW EGG WHITES
→ 2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1.5 CUPS OF WATER
→ 1 KG OF FISH FILLETS (PERCH, HAKE, PIKE, LAMPANG, LOBAN POLLOCK)
→ 0.5 CUP LEMON JUICE

Prepare a marinade of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt (to taste).

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces (see the material "Cutting fish"), pour the marinade and leave for 1-2 hours.

Knead the dough from flour, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 raw proteins, salt and 1.5 cups of water.

Dip the pieces of fish in the dough and fry in a large amount of oil. When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs.
