Mass of smoked fish (for sandwiches)

Ingredients

→ 150 G SMOKED FISH
→ 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD
→ 1 RAW EGG YOLK
→ 1 TABLESPOON ODORLESS VEGETABLE OIL

Separate the fish from the bones (see the article "Cutting fish") and pass it through the meat grinder twice. Then add the raw egg yolk, mustard, vegetable oil and mash everything thoroughly.

Serve as a cold appetizer or as a filling for sandwiches.
