Mass of smoked fish with cheese (for sandwiches)

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 150 G SMOKED FISH
→ 150 G OF CHEESE
→ 1 TABLESPOON ODORLESS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 TABLESPOON MUSTARD

Remove the bones from the fish (see the article "Cutting fish"). Pass the fish and cheese twice through a meat grinder, pour in the oil, add the mustard and grind everything thoroughly. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve as a cold appetizer or as a filling for sandwiches.
