Meotida salad with herring

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ MUSTARD
→ 50 G BUTTER
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 2 RAW EGGS
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1-2 TEASPOONS OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 0.5 TSP SUGAR

Soak the herring, peel it, cut it into boneless fillets, cut it into small cubes and fry it in butter.

Chop the onion and fry it as well.

Beat the eggs with vinegar (1-2 teaspoons), season with mustard and sugar and pour the resulting mixture over the onion.

Pour the prepared sauce over the pieces of herring, and sprinkle the herring with apple cubes on top of the sauce.

Garnish the dish with chopped parsley before serving.
