Merow (sea rock bass)

Merow (sea rock bass) is a large marine fish of the family serranidae that lives in tropical and subtropical waters. It has a white, low-boned, juicy meat of medium fat content, resembling the taste of lean meat of sturgeon fish, in particular Beluga. Merou is cooked, fried, poured, smoked, and also used to produce fish semi-finished products. Merou broth turns out rich, it has more meat than fish taste! Boiled and then cooled merou meat is perfectly gelled and cut into slices.
