Milanese carp

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ WHEAT FLOUR
→ GROUND PAPRIKA
→ 400 G CARP OR CARP
→ 20 G VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 LEMON

Mix the flour with salt and paprika, roll the pieces of fish in it, sprinkle each piece with oil, fry on the grill or in a preheated oven to 200 degrees (about 15 minutes). Season the finished carp with lemon juice.
