Milk sauce (liquid)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 1 CUP OF MILK
→ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
→ ½ TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR
→ 0.5 TEASPOON OF SUGAR

Fry the flour in butter, cool, then carefully, in several steps, mix with hot milk, add salt and sugar and, making sure that no lumps form, cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
