Minced fish

Ingredients

→ SALT TO TASTE
→ BUTTER
→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ 500 G BONELESS FISH FILLET
→ 1 SMALL CARROT
→ 1 ONION

Fry the fish fillet and pass it through a meat grinder (see "Cutting fish").

Onions and carrots cut into small pieces, fry in butter and combine with the mass of fish.

Then add 0.5 teaspoons of salt to the minced fish and mix everything well.
