Mixed salad with horse mackerel and vegetables
→ 3 TABLESPOONS CANNED GREEN PEAS
→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 200 G BONELESS FILLET OF HORSE MACKEREL, SPICED SALT
→ 2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED ONION
→ 2 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 2 CANNED SWEET PEPPERS
→ 1 BOILED CARROT
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE
Boil the potatoes and carrots and cut them into slices, chop the cucumbers and onions, and cut the peppers into strips. Mix everything, add green peas and season with mayonnaise.
Garnish a mixed salad with horse mackerel and vegetables with sliced hard-boiled egg, and put pieces of horse mackerel on the edges of the salad (see the article "Cutting fish").
