Morel caps (caps)

Morel cap (cap) grows mainly in aspen and linden forests, as well as on the edges and clearings. The collection period is April-May.
Externally, the morel cap is very similar to a candle: its cap is small, sinuous, yellow-brown in color, and the leg is long (up to 20 cm), white, as if made of wax.
The flesh of the morel cap is brittle, tender, with a pleasant taste and smell. Before stewing or frying, it does not require pre-treatment, but due to the similarity of the mushroom with other types of marsupials (lines), it is recommended to first boil it for 10-15 minutes, and drain the resulting broth.
