Mustard sauce with capers

Ingredients

→ SALT TO TASTE
→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL (PREFERABLY ODORLESS)
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 1/2 TABLESPOON MUSTARD
→ 1 TABLESPOON CAPERS
→ 0.5 TEASPOON OF SUGAR

Rub the egg yolks through a sieve and rub them white with mustard, sugar, salt, gradually adding vegetable oil. Then add the vinegar.

In the finished sauce, put the capers and finely chopped egg whites.
