Natural omelet in butter

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 3 EGGS
→ 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 1 TABLESPOON OF MILK

Beat the eggs in a bowl or in a saucepan with salt, pour in a little milk and beat with a whisk.

Pour the resulting mass into a hot frying pan with oil and fry over high heat, shaking the pan slightly so that the egg mass warms up evenly.

As soon as the omelet begins to thicken, with a flexible knife, wrap its edges from both sides to the middle, thus giving the omelet the shape of an oblong pie, throwing it seam down on a plate or oval dish, grease with a piece of butter and immediately serve.
