Note #25 :" How to store eggs?"
1. Eggs should be stored in the coldest compartment of the refrigerator-close to the back wall. 2. For storage, you need to select fresh eggs with a whole shell, preferably dietary. 3. To preserve the freshness of chicken eggs, it is recommended to lubricate their shells with either vaseline, or lard, or raw egg white, or a mixture of wax and sunflower oil, or linseed oil mixed with a 2% salt solution, or paraffin. Then each egg should be wrapped with paper, put in a basket (or other container) and placed in a cold place. 4. To keep fresh the yolks or whites of eggs that are not used immediately, put them in a cup, pour boiled cold water and place them in a cold place.
