Note No. 243: "On the storage of tea"

1. Tea is recommended to be stored at room temperature in an opaque container, such as a tin, ceramic, glass or wooden jar. You can not store tea in paper bags, as it easily perceives the moisture passing through the paper, and the smell of the paper itself! 2. To protect the tea from moisture, you need to put a few sheets of blotting paper in the jar where the tea is stored. 3. The container with tea should be kept in a warm, but not hot, dry, clean, often ventilated room. 4. It is not recommended to store tea in paper-foil packaging. Such packaging does not provide tightness!
