Oleva potato variety (Danish selection)
Mid-late potatoes of the "oleva" variety yield delicious round-oval tubers with red rind and light yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber is 70-125 g.
In cooking, oleva potatoes are used for stewing, cooking, laying in thick soups and stews, making mashed potatoes and filling for dumplings and pies.
