Early-maturing onion "Bessonovsky local" has round-flat, small, dense bulbs that have a sharp taste.
The dry scales of the bulbs are yellow, while the juicy scales are white.
"Bessonovsky local" can be used both immediately after the harvest, and after a few months, that is, already in winter.
The variety is suitable for canning, drying and fresh use.
