Onion-turnip of the "feudal" variety"

Medium-ripened onion-turnip of the "feudal" variety gives flattened bulbs of a transversely elliptical shape. The weight of each bulb is approximately 60-80 g.
The dry scales of the bulbs are brown, the juicy scales are white with a yellowish tinge.
The taste of onions is sharp. In cooking, it is often used in boiled and stewed forms. Lovers also add it to salads made from fresh vegetables.
