Onion-turnip of the "Prometheus" variety (red)
Medium-ripe onion "prometheus" has high taste qualities.
It forms quite large bulbs-150-190 g. Their shape is rounded with a downward slope. The integumentary dry scales are violet-red; the succulent scales are dark red.
Such onions can be used in cooking baked, stewed or fresh.
