Medium-ripe onions of the Razgulay variety form rounded bulbs of a pungent taste.
The weight of each bulb varies between 65-80 g. The dry scales of the bulbs are brown, and the juicy ones are white with a greenish tinge.
Such onions can be used in cooking for various purposes, both raw and processed.
