Onion-turnip variety "exibishen" (Dutch selection)

Medium-ripe onion-turnip variety "exibishen" gives delicious, sweet bulbs of huge size (up to a kilogram).
In cooking, this type of onion is most often used fresh. Its special advantage is that when sliced, it does not cause tears.
The disadvantage of the variety is a short shelf life (3-4 months).
