Onion-turnip variety "oporto" (Dutch selection)
Medium-ripened onion-turnip of the Oporto variety gives large (weighing up to 250-300 g) , round, aligned bulbs.
The dry scales of the bulb are yellow-brown, while the juicy scales are white.
"Oporto" has a sharp taste. In cooking, it is used for all types of processing.
