Paste made of sardine or sprats

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 20 G CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 120 G BUTTER
→ 10-12 SPRATS OR SARDINES
→ 0.5 TSP LEMON JUICE

Mix boneless sardine fillet (see the article "Cutting fish") or sprat with butter, ground black pepper, salt,lemon juice and chopped parsley.
