Piccadilly salad (with herring)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ OLIVE OIL
→ MUSTARD
→ 3-4 BULBS
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 3%-TH VINEGAR
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 KG OF BOILED POTATOES

Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool and cut into discs. Onion onion cut into rings. Wash the herring, peel it, prepare a boneless fillet (see the article "Cutting fish") and cut it into small pieces.

Put the mixed potatoes, onions and herring on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with olive oil, vinegar and mustard.
