Pizza with tuna and olives

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 4 ONIONS
→ 4 GARLIC CLOVES
→ 32 PCS PITTED BLACK OLIVES
→ 300 G GRATED CHEESE (GOUDA, EDAM)
→ 300 G TUNA MEAT IN VEGETABLE OIL
→ 200 G WHEAT FLOUR
→ 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN
→ 10 G YEAST
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 KG OF TOMATOES
→ 0.5 TSP SALT + SALT IN THE FILLING TO TASTE
→ 0.5 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
→ 0.5 CUP WARM WATER

Products for the test: 200 g of wheat flour, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, 10 g of yeast, 0.5 cups of warm water, 0.5 teaspoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Products for filling: 4 cloves of garlic, 4 onions, 1 kg of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan, 300 g of tuna meat in vegetable oil, 32 pieces of pitted black olives, 300 g of grated cheese, ground black pepper, salt to taste. Knead the yeast dough on the sourdough. Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Mix thoroughly with the tomato slices and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the tuna meat in a sieve, allow the liquid to drain and divide into small pieces. Put the mashed tomatoes on the dough. Spread on top of onion rings, olives and chunks of tuna. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Put in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
