Plum (sour)

Plum belongs to the family of Rosaceae, its close relatives are stone fruits: peach, apricot, cherry, almond.

It is believed that more than two thousand years ago in Western Asia, blackthorn and cherry plum naturally crossed, resulting in a plum.

In the wild, the plum tree is not found anywhere, but as a culture, the plum is bred in all countries with a temperate climate.

Plum fruits are used to produce thick juice, jam, marmalade, jam, jam, pastilles, candied fruits, jam and sauces (for more information about plums, see the article " Plum (sweet)").
