Polish sauce

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 100 G BUTTER
→ 10 G PARSLEY
→ ¼ LEMON (1/2 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE)

Cut the eggs into small cubes, mix with softened butter, add the juice of ¼ lemon and finely chopped parsley. Mix the resulting mixture, add salt and warm it up in a water bath.

As a rule, Polish sauce is served with boiled fish.
