Potato and herring salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ MUSTARD
→ 5-6 BULBS
→ 4 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
→ 1 KG OF BOILED POTATOES
→ 0.5 CUP 3% VINEGAR
→ 0.5 KG SALTED HERRING

Peel the herring from the bones, and then finely chop (see "Cutting fish").

Boil the potatoes and also cut into small slices.

Mix the herring with the potatoes, add to them finely chopped onions.

Mix vinegar, oil and mustard. Season the salad with the resulting sauce.
